- Illinois & Hammond: The OSLAD Grant presentation is next week.
Prairie Park: Is out to bid with bids due next week.
- Copper Spring: Starting next month.
Cornerstone Park: Playground equipment is scheduled to be delivered October 22
with a community build planned.
- College Green: Wood chips had to be hauled away.
Carl Missele reported that about 10 truckloads of the special or wood chips with a lot
of dirt and landscape fabric were dumped at Hawthorne Hill Park about 25 feet off
road east of road. The fabric was dumped on native plants.
D. Scott Palmer recommended staff look into keeping one outdoor pool open through Labor
Day weekend. Residents are going to Huntley Labor Day weekend. Randy will ask
Greg Bruggeman to look into it.
