Minutes
The minutes of die November 9, 2006 meeting were revieuxd. A motion was evade by D.
Walter seconded by J. Novicki to accept the utinutes. Carried.
'Treasurer Report
Pat and Mike from Marquette and Associates were present and discussed the Riser Road
investment Cary Collins had reviewed the contract and made a few minor changes. It was
mentioned that the rand hall been closed and we were the last ones to gut into the plan. This
will replace Ariel which had been performing very poorly.
"111c quarterly report was reviewed us of October 31, 2006. list requested that a movement of
funds be made and a mufion was made as follows. A motion was made by A. Bialek to move
525g0oo each from r^ Eagle and Hartford Capital to Northern That for a total of
$500,000.00. 'lliis would bring our percentige.s inline with our Investnrerd Policy. Tlus was
seconded by J. Nowicki. Carried.
• Pat then discussed the Sudor issue briefly. it seemed that the isole would have been resolved
until a law suit was fled. This politically derailed any agreement that had been discussed.
Some start of direction is anticipated in January Of 2007.
A motion was made to accept the 'I i claimer report as filled by Marquette by J. Novicki,
seconded by D. Walter. Carried.

A bill was received from Marquette for the December 2oo6, January and February 2009
month. A motion was made to pay the S65oo.0o quarterly fee b}'.I. Nowicki, secondest by
D. Walter. Carried unaminuusly on a polled vote.

Meetings for We 2009 year were discussed. It vers decided that the seconded Tlesch y of each
month, except January, would be the best time. sm a mutton was made to approve this by D.
Walter, seconded by A. Bialek. Carried.
• New Business
A list of all the mi pension increases was distributed. Tlus had been compiled by
]auterbach and Amen for our approval. After reviewing the spread sheet a motion was made
