I FAM Tour/Sales update :
Garlock shared a power point presentation on the recent CAM Tour that he and the CVH
hosted in July. the lour was a great success and he had received a Fruit dual of good
feedback from the adendeces He presented a"slide shaw" of tlw FAM anendees and the
anmctions that ware part oftlte torr. Garlock went tluough the cable 2 day torr via photos
and it gave a phenomenal picture ofthe two day event Ho ernded his presentation with a
handout of the commems/suggestions received from the tour planners. He was very pleas E
• with the comments and feedback he rcccivcd and the opportunity to shore what the Northern
Fos River Valley has to offer visitors.
To date we have roccivcd several inquiries regarding bringing groups here next yew and
several olhnr opportunities that may develop for lire arca, courAnlly the Hemmers. One
group has booked several dates of competition at the Donations during the next several year&

Northern Kanc County Chamber of Commerce—Kascr shared that theypst had thcirkick
off of the annual Football Raffle. Kaser shad that Distinctions will be To opting in Spring

informed.

• Village of West Dundee— Kascr shared that Heritage Lest will be laking place this coning
weekend.

• I Ex-Officio Craniums: brewer shared that their two festivals were very successful and that
with the Algonquin Chamber of Commerce h (hur new Executive Direatoo, Sandy Oil has
mcoaked their membership by 210 members.
