Comm Wars Informed the Commission that the Homeowner Awards will not be Pres al at

The suggestion was made to have the Humanitarian Awards made in conjunction with the City
Council meetings or when the Boys and GUIs Club has their Black Hisday month celebration.
The suggestion was made to make the presentation at the March 22,2000 City Council meeting.
