• Retirement application previously approved by the Bound was resubmitted. M. Seeger[
changed his application to reflect a May 27, 2006, This one month saucer than before. A
motion a;is made to accept this by A. Bialek, seconded by J. Novicki. Carried. His new
pension amount Is $3687.98
Aletter was received from R. Hutchison, requesting a refund of his contributions. His
amount is $93,17-90. A motion toapprove the refund and have it transfemxl into an IRA
account that he basset up. This will be done through Uuterbach and Amen. Thiswasmadc
by A. Rialek, seconded In K. Nelson. Carried
The Compliance Ree Statement was received from the (Nficeof Financial and Professional
Regulation Division of Insurance, of$8,000.00. A motion was made to approve this by J.
Nowicki, seconded by K. Nelson. Carried.
