A latter ea, received from M. Madigan on predatory Lending Law Compliance.. Aresponse
letter was drawn up by C. Collins' office, replying to the General Assembly concerns and that
wpare taking the appropriate steps in support of the opposition of such entities that engage
in such activities.

A second quarter xlalement was received from C. Collins, Board Attorney. A motion was
made to pav the retainer, $650.00 for April, Mav, June, soon, be A. Bialek, seconded by K.
Selsun, Carrier.
A retirement application was received Gom FF/T.T. Mike Seegelt. His hilt day of duty rill be
on June 24'a, 2006. He is entitled to a pension of 57.08%. A motion was made to accept his
apploc.mo a and pure him on regular pension as of June 25e, to o6, be K. Nehou, seconded
by A. Bialek. Carried.
It .vas announced that Retired F'F/I,T R. Mackall hnd passed away on April apt, 2006. tic is
Ionic.ed by his wife Jaycc. A motion was made by A. Bidek, seconded by K. Nelson, to place
.toy ce Mackrdl on a Widmc pension as of April 22, 2oo6. Carried.
Retired FF R. W ilkening had reeently dated his direct deposit account. Since the Board had
made it a rola that all pension checks pill be direct deposited, the Board'Attorney W;ra
instructed to send Mr. Willeening a letter informing him to set up an amount so that he can
ceive his due pension, as no physical cheeks ore issued to pension members receiving a
pension.
