Jim Bums advised the Board that representatives front ALERTS mat with the
Governors Office to discuss the Slate's supposed Intent W utilize usersless paid 10
ALERTS for operational needs to help holiness the State budget. The Governor's office
denied any such intent. The ALERTS o presantatives advised that If anytLin9 of this
nature here to occur they would sue. Jim Bums feel& that this is a situation still In pull
and will continue to monitor It.
