APPROVAL OF PRFVIDI S MONTH'S MINVMS Stanley Splint made a motion to accept the minutes meeting of February 19, 1998, seconded by Unnna Scott Motion carried. All IHOELF.r�A•_!E.NT—QU, W JCES The f lloomg bills were presented for payment An invoice was received from Ameritech for 51.53, which included the 50.13 carried over from last • month. A motion was made by Stanley Sphatt and seconded by Donna Scott to again postpone payment ofthis invoice and let Ameritech rebill. Motion carried. The GIS contract is still being discussed with the City FHS and PRG The CAD Committee is working with PRC toward Phase 11 ofthc project. Chairman Burns reported that he feels that PRC wishes to close out the project and mora on. The pmjaned loly date Ior Phase II wW have to be pushed out due to Interface issues. There is a meeting scheduled with PRC to dlvarss tris nem week. Direct, Moses reported that we have no control over the interface issues . PRC needs interface speoiticatiuns from ALERTS and LFADS that are not yet available. The City will continue to of to push [hear agencies to get the interface specifications as soon as pos ble w that we can provide them to PRC. 'rhere needs to be give and take on both sides and the isanes need to be worked through. The two interlace issues hoidine up the project are: (1) The softnarc for the Alen network is not vet eertiied, subsequently the Inmfface specification Is not available to give to PRC. It mux be able to work in a Windows 95 environment. (') Leads interface - ISP is abandoning OS12 as an operating system and is going with a Windows environment. There is to firm date for completion yet and subsequently the specification is not available to give to PRC. The interfce with the AS400 (city computer), will probably be deleted.
