The meeting was called to order at 5:10 p.m. by Chair McMullin.
Approval of the Minutes
Cmmr. Zapata made the motion, seconded by Cmmr. Robbins to approve the January
9, 2006 minutes. The motion carried 4-0.
• Executive Session
Cmmr Zapata made the motion, seconded by Cmmr. Robbins to adjourn to executive
session at 5:18 p.m. for the purpose of conducting interview for the position of Police
Records Clerk and Parks Ground Laborer. The motion carried 4-0.
The Commission returned to open session at 6:45 p.m.
Adjournment
There being no further business to discuss, Chair McMullin called for a motion to
adjourn.
Meeting adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
