REVIEW PROPOSED NOISE AND LIGHTING ORDINANCES
After some discussion, Mr. Slaby was directed by Chairman
Hirsch to obtain some clarification regarding both
ordinances . In the lighting ordinance, how much lighting
is in a lumen? Who decides what "glare" is and how much is
too much? It was suggested that foot candles should be
used instead.
Regarding the proposed noise ordinance, snow blowers and
snowmobiles should be added.
Chairman Hirsch stated that both ordinances appear to be
very subjective and have too many exceptions . Further
discussion was tabled until the January, 2000 meeting.
elm, ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to discuss, Chairman Hirsch
adjourned the meeting at 8 :20 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
