PURPOSE
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide the Mayor and members

BACKGROUND
This is an agreement that will allow the Fire Department to use a

fire. Both buildings are owned by the WisPark Corporation.
WisPark approved and signed the agreement on July 22, 1999 .
Because this agreement involves real estate, Corporation Council
has determined that City Council approval is required.
