PRESIDENT December 3, 1998 Ms. Veronica Bell Associate Planner City of Elgin 150 Dexter Court Elgin, IL 80120-5555 Re: YWCA of Elgin Dear Ms. Bell: Within the scope of the Grant for this Project was the replacement of the supply and return circulating lines for the pool. As you know, this work is almost finished. Mr. Skelton, of the YWCA, has discovered that the drain piping for the pool also has deteriorated and needs replacement. The contractor, Driessen Construction, has supplied a proposal for the removal and replacement of the drain pipes in the amount of$11,387.00. We would recommend that a change order be issued for the above amount. This will then bring all the pool piping up to current standards. Sincerely, 4,6e, / F.
