BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all city signs and maps shall be altered to read Provena Drive at the aforesaid places . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give written notice to the election authorities having jurisdiction in the area in which the street name is hereby changed and to the post office branch serving that area by certified or registered mail . Two of these streets have had their name changed: Belmont Street has been changed to Provena Drive, and Bartels Drive has been changed to Point Boulevard. The third street, known as the North-South Access Road between the Motorola Property and Route 72 , has been named Galvin Drive. The resolution was recorded with the Kane County Recorder on August 19 , 1998, and today it has been sent to the election authorities and post office pursuant to state statutes . A copy of said resolution is attached. Accordingly, the name change is effective as of October 14, 1998 .
