Site Inspection: Bidders shall inform themselves of the condition of the site(s) and applicable City and State laws, obstacles to be encoun- tered and all other relevant matters concerning the work to be performed, and the City shall not be obligated in any way by reason of any matter or thing concerning which such bidder might have so informed himself prior to the bidding. 9. Prevailing Wage Rate: All work under this contract shall comply with the Prevailing Wage Act of the State of Illinois, Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 48, Section 385-1 et. seq.
